Having held numerous HR positions in both large and small organizations, Kathleen understands the importance of effective management and employer compliance. Kathleen holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University. Kathleen is a volunteer board member for the Methuen YMCA.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, has completed years of professional sales and management training and has been a volunteer hockey coach in youth leagues for over four years.
James brings years of sales experience to Genesis Consolidated Services. With a unique blend of human resource, employee benefits, payroll and tax knowledge, James offers a consultative selling approach with prospective clients.
Prior to joining Genesis, James worked at ADP (Automatic Data Processing) where he served as a District Manager for more than three years. In this role, he developed working relationships with Boston area accounting firms and their clients to extend his knowledge and expertise on the needs of today's businesses.
James holds a Bachelor's degree from St. Lawrence University in Sociology and a Master's degree in Educational Administration. While at St. Lawrence, he played on the Men's Ice Hockey Team where he was the recipient of The Kevin Dougherty Scholarship, which is given annually to the Saint Hockey player who most demonstrates the character, leadership and academic skill of the late Kevin Dougherty.
Seth Waterman brings over six years experience helping small to mid-sized businesses with human resource solutions. Over the past six years Seth has developed an extensive network of business partners to help him grow his client base.

Having worked closely with many accounting firms and their clients Seth fully understands the importance of providing exceptional client service from the beginning of the sales process through the entire life cycle of a client.
Seth holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College, and also volunteers his time with the Big Brothers of Massachusetts Bay and the MAGIC activity group through the Jewish Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Boston.
