Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC)
Genesis has been proudly accredited by ESAC since May 1996. This is similar to the assurances offered by the FDIC for the banking industry. Currently, only 24 out of over 700 PEOs operating in the United States hold this prestigious designation.
National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO)
We are also an active member of NAPEO, the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations. In fact, Bob Burbidge, President of Genesis Consolidated Services, has served as President of NAPEO. NAPEO helps set the standard and improve the offerings of PEOs to the industry.
Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE)
We've always believed in supporting growing businesses. Therefore we are proud members of the Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE). While Chambers of Commerce are more regional in scope, SBANE supports organizations throughout New England, and is comprised of CEOs of small, privately-funded businesses or family-owned businesses. Membership in SBANE keeps us up-to-date on news, issues and legislation that affect our business. Genesis actively shares this pertinent information with our clients.
Worker’s Compensation Risk Management Best Practices
Workers' compensation (WC) risk management is an important component of the total human resources partnership provided by Genesis. Genesis is certified by the Certification Institute (CI) with respect to CI's Workers' Compensation Risk Management Best Practices. Genesis is audited annually to ensure compliance with the Institute’s Best Practice requirements as a condition of continuing certification.
The WC risk management certification program provides independent professional verification that the risk management program is meeting proven insurance industry risk management best practices to reduce work-related accidents and health exposures and control WC insurance losses. Certification gives our client owners assurance that we have the capability to deliver important risk management results.

As members of numerous Chambers of Commerce in the area, we support businesses of all sizes from virtually every industry and profession in our region.
