At Genesis, we are not only committed to helping businesses grow but also to helping communities and the individuals who reside in them. For years, Genesis has raised money for Habitat for Humanity so they can help more families find viable housing. In the past, we have organized crews of Genesis staff to help construct homes. In addition, we’ve held fundraisers and organized golf tournaments.

But in this year of a recession and housing crises, we asked Habitat for Humanity what would be of the greatest help to them. They asked for a donation to help them address the foreclosure crises in and around greater Boston.

In lieu of the 2008 golf tournament, Genesis Consolidated Services has made a donation to Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston, Inc. to help those less fortunate gain peace of mind in these troubling times.

The annual tournament will be back ‘in full swing’ next year.
