We are seeking a dynamic human resources practitioner to join our team. As a human resources business partner you will consult with clients on the full life cycle of human resources management responsibilities. In this role you will partner with assigned clients to evaluate worksite needs in regards to HR services and proactively develop, implement and monitor initiatives at client sites. Consultation activities include HR needs analysis, performance management, employee relations, complaint investigations, employee counseling, management & employee training, job descriptions, employee handbooks, and policy development/administration. Local travel is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- A minimum of five years HR Generalist experience
- Demonstrated consultative approach to HR principles
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus

Genesis is seeking a self-motivated, consultative, and energized Sales Manager to lead and direct our dynamic Sales Team. Qualified candidates will have prior sales management experience specifically in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Administrative Service Organization (ASO) or Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) industries.
Responsibilities
Management:
- Develop a sales strategy that ensures attainment of goals and objectives.
- Define sales territories and establish annual individual sales quotas and goals.
- Manage the performance and development of the Business Consultants (BCs).
- Develop and provide the initial training and development of all new BCs.
- Prepare action plans for individuals, and team, to identify effective sales leads and prospects.
- Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with all BCs to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of BC’s sales and activity performance.
- Insure that BCs achieve all activity standards for prospecting calls, contacts, appointments, presentations, proposals and sales.
- Sets examples for BCs with respect to personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
Administration and Planning:
- Execute the sales business plan and strategic initiatives as assigned.
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Manage and direct work flow of proposal generation, prospect underwriting and new client transition to Operations.
- Act as a liaison between BCs and other departments to ensure accurate communication of potential prospects, their required underwriting procedures, and the smooth transition from the sales process to the Operations team.
- Manage expenses and maintain the sales department budget.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives as needed.
- Utilize Marketing resources to coordinate and execute results driven programs.
- Identify and develop plan for the recruitment, testing and hiring of BCs in keeping with the company’s strategic plan.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Reporting:
- As a member of the company’s senior management team, provide timely reporting as required, work on company initiatives in a team environment as requested and be an integral component of the strategic initiatives established by the company.
- Provides timely feedback to corporate management regarding sales performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales activity.
- Establish departmental performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver a monthly report for Senior Management.
- This report should include an update on individual and department goals in addition to an evaluation of existing and new potential sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of sales management experience in the PEO, ASO or HRO industries.
- Demonstrated sales leadership and success in driving sales team performance.
- Proven track record of successful sales growth.
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to produce under tight deadlines.
- Team oriented and results driven management style.
- Excellent communication skills.
